How to make spicy pan seared chicken rice | Chef Ali Mandhry
Let’s make this delicious pan seared spicy chicken rice, paired with some pilipili ya kukanga.
What you will need :-
1kg chicken cut into 8 - 10 pcs
1 onion cubed
1 tablespoon garlic mince
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
Salt to taste
1 capsicum diced
3 carrots sliced or cut into diamonds
2 dried lime
